Fairfield accepts mandates as placement agent for charitable organizations and associations. In this capacity, we facilitate the collection and distribution of donations, ensuring that each transaction is conducted with diligence, accuracy, and full compliance with applicable regulations.
When donations are to be distributed across multiple entities, we apply a consistent and transparent methodology to ensure that allocations are fair and proportionate, in accordance with the intentions of the donors and the requirements of the beneficiaries.
Our role is strictly administrative and supervisory: we verify the credibility of partner organizations, monitor the flow of funds, and produce clear reports for all stakeholders involved. Every step is documented and traceable, reflecting a commitment to governance, accountability, and procedural integrity.
